Ski Camp 2008
Craftsbury Outdoor Center December 19-21

Packing list:
- skate and classic boots, ski, and poles
- winter boots
- running shoes
- sleeping bag, pad, and pillow (for those who drew that from the hat)
- plenty of wool/poly pro top and bottom layers - its supposed to be a bit chillier this weekend
- wool socks
- lightweight ski jacket
- hat and gloves/mittens (extras for the second session if possible)
- water bottle
- games/dvds
- lasagna or cookies if you or your parents volunteered
Schedule:
Departure from school: Dec 19, 3:00 pm
Friday: Afternoon/evening - Outside games at the house/yoga inside.
Saturday: Morning Session - Classic - 2 hrs, technique with video!
Afternoon Session - Skate - 2 hrs, technique and distance
Early Departure back to Essex - 4 pm, return to school by 5:30
Sunday: Morning Session - Classic - 2.5 hrs, distance ski
Second Departure back to Essex - noon, return to school by 1:30
